Mario Cart! Mario Cart!

One of Sam's favorite things to do is play Mario Cart Wii with Ryan. He likes to play every night just before bed. It's almost become part of his bed time routine.Ryan will play 1 player and Sam just uses a wheel to pretend to play. He can't quite control a cart himself yet. It's funny to watch him use the wheel and cheer(or worry) depending on how well Ryan is doing. He yells "Oh No!" when Ryan falls off the edge and gives high fives when Ryan wins the race! I think Ryan enjoys Sams new obsession almost as much as Sam does. He says he's going to go take care of Sam and I find them playing Mario Cart!

A Birthday Party
Sammy went to his friend Lincoln's birthday party Friday night. It turned out so cute. Bonnie, his mother had a cute game and gift bags for all the kids. The party theme was WALL-E. The kids attempted to play, "pin the eyes on WALL-E" with cute little masks that looked like WALL-E eyes. It was fairly sucessful and funny to watch. Sam has been wearing his mask around the house ever since. This is a picture of him during snack time watching his favorite cartoon...

He's officially entered the "NO, Mine!" stage. I spend a lot of time explaining to him that most things, aren't his, and if they are, we should share! Cause sharing is fun, right?
